GAGGers – all this talk of McDonald’s below got me hungry. On the 11th, anyone

They open at 530a. The address is Navajo Shopping Center, 8770 Lake Murray
Blvd, San Diego, CA 92119. Probably 2 miles or less to the Mission Trails
clubhouse. Meet at 6:15, let me know.

SOGAGG Colleagues,
We’re all set for Mission Trails Golf Course on Friday, March 11, 2016.
I had requested an early start and the pro shop came through with tee times of
0558 and 0606 .
But, I rejected those……..
So we’re good to go with 0715 and 0722 tee times and we’ll be able to take
advantage of that clean morning air and work off that great breakfast you
grabbed at the McDonald’s drive-thru.
Let’s do a “SOGAGG Retro” day:
1. We’ll figure out the foursomes among ourselves real time when we get
ready to play. One rule: You can’t require someone to play with you just
because he owes you money.
2. Our scores are never as important as our being together and enjoying
the day. Just-have-fun.
3. Giving each other a hard time (especially while putting) is not only
allowed but considered a form of SOGAGG etiquette i.e., the only people we give
a hard time to are the people we like.
4. It would be considered good form to ensure we congratulate our mate
Skully on his superb new position of President of ASAT Corporation. We should
then require him to buy a round.
5. Trek is back with us. Should we not have him convey to us what he has
been doing for just about every minute of every hour of every day of every
month since he last participated with us in an outing? Or did you have other
plans for the weekend? Trek, we finally have your cherub-like smile and warped
sense of humor amongst us – don’t EVER be gone this long again.
6. I’ve seen the MRI of Rules’ back before his operation. Should we have
him bring it along to the 19th hole in order to see who can hold his beer and
chips down after viewing?
7. Old Slice, now back from the roiling ocean and Costa Rica says what
happens at sea, stays at sea. A prediction: It will take only two glasses of
beer by our lad and we’ll all be slammed back in our chairs going “What???” and
“Wow!!!!”
8. Homework assignment: Come prepared to discuss the formal penalty to
be imposed for having forgotten to wear your SOGAGG shirt to a SOGAGG outing.
That also sounds like a gentle reminder, doesn’t it? (Your welcome…)
9. AXE has a solid cast on her left hand. Do NOT make this person angry.
10. Reminder: Regardless of whether you may hold a grudge of some sort
against another SOGAGGer, you are not authorized to employ the unique skills of
Knockdown to get even during the round.
And finally, it’s worthy of note that April 15, 2016 denotes the 3rd
anniversary of the Society of Golfers Against Good Golf. How good is that?
