After checking our records, we discovered that Dan Zazworski of INDUS paid for
a foursome via credit card, although he did not purchase the Game Day Package.
Did you intend to purchase an additional foursome? If not, can we bill you
for the Game Day Package? In addition to INDUS being the Game Day Package
booklet Sponsor, there are other benefits to buying the package.
The on-course contest package must be purchased to be eligible for the putting
contest and all on-course contests, except that foursomes are eligible for 1st,
2nd, & 3rd place as well as the qualification for the Randy Jones invitational
The on-course contests include 5 closest-to-the-pins, longest drive,
straightest drive, longest putt, timed play and other opportunities to improve
foursome playing conditions for a lower score. This includes a game or
challenge on every hole for players who bought the game package. It also
includes mulligans and string for each player.
Unlike many charity golf tournaments, there will be no other vendors on the
course asking for donations. Since we are selling the foursome package at
cost, the game day package proceeds, along with sponsor revenue, will be going
to charity.
Please let me know if you were intending to buy a additional foursome, or not,
and if we can bill you for 1 or 2(depending) foursome Game Day Packages.
