Mission Bay update:
Society Members - Thanks to all for your emails back on making the SOGAGG
outing for Tues, 21 Nov at Mission Bay. Sorry about the delay in getting
back with everyone.
These are the pairings and starting time (try and be there no later than
0410p, thanks):
0430p: sHank, Birdie, Bagger, Divot
0437p: Rules, Axe, Ace, Woods
0445p: Shaft, Bounceback, Knockdown
Really looking forward to playing the round under the lights.
We are going to play with fewer clubs than we normally would, it is dependent
on your handicap index. If your index is 15 (rounded up) or less than 15,
you play the entire round with 3 clubs and your putter. If your index is
above 15, you play the entire round with 4 clubs and your putter. I will be
counting clubs. So I am not tempted, I am leaving my extra clubs at home;
knowing many of you, I would recommend the same ; ).
I will leave it up to the pairings to figure out which game to play, but 4
person low ball is pretty easy to score between teams.

Subject: 21 Nov, Mission Bay Golf SOGAGG outing
Society Members – It is that time of the year in which daylight savings sets
upon us that we pay homage to one of the few places in town, maybe the only
one, to play golf under the lights followed by a famous Rocky’s burger and
fries at the Rocky’s Pub in Crown Point – what could be better? I plan to
make three foursomes, could make more if the demand is high enough. Let me
know if you are able to make it.
