Excellent point Woods. The issue here was police photos taken to be posted in
all post offices were black and white way back in history (in this case, 2015)
and, anyway, colored pictures of those with cadaver-like, chalk-colored legs
were an immediate turn-off for the viewing public, i.e., their eyes were never
able to rise to the level of faces due to the gag factor...
