Our top priority is registering sponsors. The sponsorship team has been
developing processes and documents to support those processes. They are
ready to commence the fundraising effort in earnest. You can help. Please
send Knockdown (copy Axe, Skully, and Mike Lindsey) a note with the company
name and POC of a potential sponsor you can introduce them to. Prep this
action by contacting that POC and ensuring they are willing to have a
conversation with someone from our sponsorship team.
Let's establish a file naming convention. Start all of your file names
with "Gold Coast Patriot Golf Day" or an abbreviation such as "GC_PGD" then
the file content such as "Event Flyer" the date such as "02-21-2018" or a
date abbreviation. You might end up with something like this
"Gold_Coast_Patriot_Golf_Day_02-22-2018.pdf."
We are flying tons of emails, and we need a subject line that lets
someone pay attention (or push to the side for a while). So, please ensure
the phrase "Gold Coast" occurs in every subject line of your emails on this
project.
