Alison and I have come up with a solution for this email list group and have
created a new email list with Google for the issues of privacy recently
discussed and other technical problems like bounced emails.
Here is the group's description:
A private discussion group for people who make soap and other body care
products. A place where we can
share our recipes, see your own private page with photos, swap soap stories.
This group will not appear in searches or
the Google directory.

So heres whats going to happen:
We will automatically join you to this group unless you request not to be
included. However the other email list group will be dissolved.
You can choose to receive the emails one at a time as we already do or you can
choose a daily or weekly digest format.
You will receive a email telling you that you have been joined. If you already
have a google account it will take you straight to the group and if you do not
you will be required to put in some basic information and create a password and
join. You do not need to have a gmail account.
Please let us know if you have any problems you need help with.
