I do love the dangling perched 3... 

Blue looks to be a very dark navy blue--how does that compare to the St. Mark's 
t-shirts? The goal is to blend into them as much aspossible. Of course, 
printing them might change the hue anyway, but we can try.

  This looks very nice, Jon...it's what I was envisioning for the letters! I 
would tilt Gone Fishin' to be more parallel with the rod if possible. 
Definitely looks great.

  More t-shirt stuff...I just talked with Dr. Mulik regarding Thursday. I'm 
sure he will let you know further details, but it will probably save money and 
the environment to avoid putting together a hasty homemade t-shirt. We are 
leaning towards all of us having the blue St. Mark's shirts for the kickoff 
which will definitely mark us as a cohesive team. I will make stickers of your 
logo with the sponsors which we can attach to our shirts, similar to the 
nametags people wear at large conventions/meetings. I will need a file which 
has a navy blue background if possible. I can add the NASA and Jcpenney logos 
sent out in an earlier email.

  Sorry for the delay. I was trying to combine what I could capture of yours 
with my graphics products available.

  My preference is for the ones with the plain numbers on the bottom. I think 
the fish is too hokey and roughly done right now.

  As I open the PDF attachments, I see that the backdrop of blue has been 
altered to grayish. This can be fixed. Let me know which one you want and I 
will finalize it.

  Hello, all,

  Couple of ideas for the shirt:

   *   possibly dangling the numbers 3566 from the fishing hook--I've never 
seen anything like that.
   *   using the St. Mark logo as well as the words (should go on the back with 
the other sponsors large, small in front somewhere)
   *   color...does St. Mark's have a color? navy blue if I think of some of 
the spiritwear I remember seeing. If you decide to go with a different color, I 
do not advise burgundy/maroon, pink, striped, or lime green. There are 
famous/infamous teams which already use them or are overused.

  On a side note: Kickoff is unusual as an FRC event bcz it is one day only. We 
would need to wear the t-shirts that one day. At hectic 3-day events, we need 
to wear that one t-shirt for three days. Consider wearing another t-shirt 
underneath.

  Also, are there definitive details for the Friday departure?
