Agree . My vote is for the church pavilion. I have developed a "plan B" for
the coming concert series and I need to present it to the board for
consideration. I feel we need this in order to have our shows and still have
room for variables because of the looming situation of social distancing and
reduced capacity in attendance. I'd like to have the Board's approval to do
this in the not too distant future, if they agree. as it will take considerable
work to prepare and put into place, if approved.As far as I know now, any
Sunday aft. in July will work for me , also most any other day as long as I do
not have a doctor's appt. My calendar is not full, by any means.

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to check in and see if there was a time that we could all get
together to have a board meeting?
I know that with things opening up, we are still very cautious with get
together but if we had it outside and kept our masks on if you are at risk, we
may be able to do it.
Please let me know if this is something would all would consider.
I volunteer my home for the meeting unless anyone else would like to have it at
theirs. Of course, outside would be preferable. A Sunday afternoon would be a
good time for me if that works for everyone else. If not, I am open to
suggestions. I will be on vacation in Pittsburgh this coming week from
Wednesday til Monday.
I did speak to our insurance agent Craig Miller Sr. and I have some insights on
that subject. Nothing earth shattering.
