The 26th is good for me, the 19th is not so good. Thanks, Steve.

If there is electric available at the pavilion I'll bring a fan, and we will
be in the shade. At this time, outside is the best option. Hopefully, with
shade, cool drinks available and possibly a fan, all are able to tolerate any
high heat for the time period of the meeting.

What r we gonna do if it is 90 degrees & humid? I don't want to be outside in
that kind of weather. I have stayed inside in my nice air conditioned house
all weekend. It's been lovely.

I'd prefer to meet outside. In fact , at this time I will not meet inside for
anything. It appears to me that everyone is comfortable with July 19th
outside at 12 as Ursula has indicated.

July 25th is open as well.
If you'd like, we could even meet inside with air conditioning.
I'll prepare coffee, water, and snacks if you'd like.

Ok great Rita.
Ok so is the 19th at 12 noon good for everyone? At the church pavillion?

Ursula, I'm actually fine with earlier on the 19th. I finish at a church in
Dallastown around 10 on that Sunday and I can check with Wayne if that suits
him. (On July 12, I'll be at a church down here until about 11:45). Since it
looks like the 19th is good for everyone else, I'd say go ahead with that
date. Rita

What time on the 19th? if it's not before 1 we will only have an hour until
the jam and it takes time to get everyone together. I'm OK and available and
prefer the pavilion as I'm still very cautious about going inside anywhere.

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to check in and see if there was a time that we could all get
together to have a board meeting?
I know that with things opening up, we are still very cautious with get
together but if we had it outside and kept our masks on if you are at risk,
we may be able to do it.
Please let me know if this is something would all would consider.
I volunteer my home for the meeting unless anyone else would like to have it
at theirs. Of course, outside would be preferable. A Sunday afternoon would
be a good time for me if that works for everyone else. If not, I am open to
suggestions. I will be on vacation in Pittsburgh this coming week from
Wednesday til Monday.
I did speak to our insurance agent Craig Miller Sr. and I have some insights
on that subject. Nothing earth shattering.
