If there is electric available at the pavilion I’ll bring a fan, and we will be
in the shade. At this time, outside is the best option. Hopefully, with shade,
cool drinks available and possibly a fan, all are able to tolerate any high
heat for the time period of the meeting.

Ursula, I’m actually fine with earlier on the 19th. I finish at a church in
Dallastown around 10 on that Sunday and I can check with Wayne if that suits
him. (On July 12, I’ll be at a church down here until about 11:45). Since it

suggestions. I will be on vacation in Pittsburgh this coming week from

I did speak to our insurance agent Craig Miller Sr. and I have some insights on
that subject. Nothing earth shattering.
