Hi Sam
I changed it in settings.
So unless you have to do it in a different spot , then, yes I did.

HI Lana, Did you actually change the alarm ringtone to silent?

Hi Sam
Have you done this with the Kapsys.
I tried it on vibrate and silent separately and you could hear the alarm
when headphones were plugged in on each occasion.
I even got someone else to do it after me who got the same result.
Thanks
Lana

Hi Lana,
Yes, you can do this. Plugging in headphones does not make a difference as
these are ignored. This behavior is no different from most other mobile
phones.
Set your alarm and change the ringtone to Silent.
This will ensure that it vibrates but no alarm tone is played.
Cheers

Subject: [smartvisionau] vibrating alarms
Hi all
Can anyone tell me if you can set a vibrating alarm with Kapsys.
I want to set an alarm for 3.00 a.m. on Thursday but I don't want to wake
everyone else up.
I plugged in some headphones after setting a practice alarm but that didn't
work.
So I changed the setting to vibrate only still with headphones and that
didn't work either.
As it's an alarm then perhaps I am asking for the impossible.
Thanks
Lana
