Greetings all.
Late last year I was told by the good folk in France that an upgrade to the
firmware for my first generation kapsys would be released soon. Quite a few
enquiries were made but nothing happened. On Monday I sent a message to the
smartvision contact address asking about it. I got a reply telling me it
was released in March and to check my system. I did so and was informed
that my system was up to date. I find that hard to believe as I was within
the last two weeks connected to the internet. There was never a message
from my phone telling me that an upgrade had been done. How can I find out
if it has been upgraded or not?
