I've not seen this before Sharon. Can you try a restart and a different USB
port?

Luckily for me my dad had a card adaptor, so I was able to transfer files to
the card.
I’m hoping in the future I would be able to connect the phone directly to my
computer instead of having to borrow an adaptor every time I want to put a file
on my phone.
