I've found that you don't have to switch from numeric mode to be able to enter
an dot. Just press the 1 twice quickly. But again
I've may not have found any program that doesn't stop me from doing that. When
I say quickly! I'm talking about like within an
quarter of an second to half of an second.
You could also do an long press of Select/OK and then use the on screen
keyboard and try it that away.

Hi Lana
Don't know which app you are using but I find that, if in numeric mode, I then
press the star key to get to normal mode and insert
full stop using the number 1 key twice . I then press star key again to get
back to numeric mode to complete the number.

Rhonda

Subject: [smartvisionau] inputting information into an app
Hi all
I am trying to enter information into an app I have downloaded.
It wants my kgs but I cant find the point sign to enter something like 25.3.
I thought it was the zero key but it's not.
All other keys only have one function for example number one is only the number
one key.
It's not star or hash either.
Thanks
Lana
