HI Annette,

When you press and hold on clock in the applications list, are you able to
remove it or not? The one that is not removeable ought to be the one
provided by Kapsys.

Hi Sam I have only the clock that is a google clock in applications it only
allows me to Disable it.

I cannot see a clock by Kapsys except the time that is on the home screen.
but in applications it is not there. is there a way of putting it back in to
applications? and in the future am I correct in assuming not to do updates
regarding Google clock.

Annette

Annette,

Can you check that you do not have two clocks in your applications menu? I
think you will find that you do, and one has been put there as a google
service. This one you should remove, and keep the one Kapsys has created for
you, by pressing and holding it and choosing remove from the popup menu.

Hello and a Happy and Healthy 2018 to everyone on the list.

I hope someone can help? my smartvision 2 is driving me mad. it keeps saying
(unfortunately clock has stopped working,  with an ok key to click) which I
have done many times, I have also received a message twice in the last week.
when I start Kapsys and it gets to the home screen  it says please choose my
home app, I have clicked always. it gives you two options sometimes or
always.   it is good for about a Week, then it happens again.

in shear desperation I have taken the battery out as soon as it comes back
then I get the same message. I don't want to do a factory reset because I
don't know how to save my contacts to the sim card.

has anyone else experienced this  since downloaded the New clock app 6.0? or
am I the only one?

hope someone can help

many thanks Annette
