Annette,

Try closing all apps. 

To do this, press the home button to access home screen, then press and hold
the Home button.

Now press the Android key directly under the home button to enter the System
UI,  scroll down to Dismiss All Applications and press confirm.

Hi to the list my Husband has a problem with his ssmart vision 2 mobile.  

when he asks it a question she begins to tell him then the google voice
takes over and keeps saying search tag button. does anyone know how I can
fix this for him? any help would be appreciated.
