Hi, 

When you hit OK on "Create New Contact" you should be in the edit box for
Name. Either type or speak the name.

Arrow down should give you the edit box for the number.

Type or speak the number and arrow down. 

It will say "Drop down List". 

I had expected to be able to open that list and move down to other types of
phones. 

I can't do that but just arrrow down twice and it will say "Edit box Phone"
and you could put in there a land line number.

          Hi to the list can someone please help me in simple terms how do I
put a number in the Mobile number drop down box? I just cannot do it. also
is anyone else having trouble using voice recognition when trying to send a
message, it no longer tells me that the message has been sent. 

and it always did this until a few Days ago. 

any help would be very much appreciated.
