Just some tips if you don't already know them. When you go into the Play Store
after having it closed! The highlight is on the HOME option if I recall
correctly. At this point, you can press the Left-Arrow and you will be taken to
the droar that you need to press Select/OK on.
Now arrow down to My AppAndGames that is below your user ID and press OK/Select.
Now you can arrow down to Update All and press OK/Select to start the update.
If you notice the first things when you go into the Play Store is to press Left
Arrow. This is an much faster way of getting up to the Droar to be able to open
it. Yes you can arrow up to it; But I like doing things the fastest way to just
get things done.

I actually was already in the playstore, as I initially couldn't get to the
notification to have it go ahead with the update. I think perhaps I had come
back to doing the update later on - ie after initially being notified updates
were available, but I had the phone switched off in between that point and
whenever I came back to do the update later. In any case, I'll keep this in
mind for next time. I can't try doing OK on the notification either, as I've
already dismissed the notifications since then, but thanks for all the
suggestions.

The information in the Notification Shade is just an Summary of what items
have been updated. It is not an complete list of items. After all, there is
only so much room to display that information.
Sometimes you can press OK/Select to be given more information about the item
in question in the Notification Shade. Now I don't know if that will work
when doing an long press of the Back button to get into the Notification
shade that away or not. You may need to do an Two Finger swipe down from the
top of the screen about 1/4 they way to get the Notification shade to come up.

I've have had other phones do the same thing this isn't smart vision2
specific.

Hi Sam/list,
Today I allowed the phone to do updates, of which there were 8; but when I
checked and the process had finally finished, I found, as has happened on
previous occasions, it only listed some of the apps which were updated - in
this case, it told me Google Photos, Google, Google Play Music, and Envision
AI, but for the rest it just said "and 4 others". So I'm just wondering if
this is due to the higher number of apps which were updated, or otherwise,
why it doesn't tell me the rest of the apps which have been updated?
Regards
Vivien
