As long as the cable you are looking at is an USB A Male to USB C Male you will
be good to go. The SmartVision2 is a USB 2.0 device
as far as speed.
I got the cables I use off of Amazon and only paid about $19 USD for 2 of them.
They had cheaper ones. The one I got were USB 3.1
compliant. The reason I did that is I planned on getting a much better phone
that wasn't crippled in a lot of aspects as the
SmartVision2 is. Granted it wouldn't have a keypad that I like but the phone is
much more better at doing things and is being
updated on a normal bases and has a much more recent version of Android and
charges in about 1/3rd the time that the SmartVision2
takes even when being used heavy.
So again as long as you get an USB A to USB C Male to Male you will be good to
go. You can get them all the way up to 15FT(5M) in
length. So get the one that meets your needs. Why you are at it, you may want
to get an multi pack. I've found packages of 4 to 6
cables.

Charge Cable - Black
Hi Vivien,
Belkin usually have a good reputation and this cable ought to be fine.
Pacific Vision also sells magnetic USB A to USBC cables for $30.00

Hi sam/list,
Well, the USBC connector of the cable that came with the SmartVision2
phone broke tonight as I was unplugging it after charging the phone
today, and the end bit which remained stuck in the phone was only
removed with the help of some pliers. (I guess it was becoming dodgy - I
certainly had intended to obtain a longer cable, and this connector did
seem to be somewhat fragile/unstable of late.) So, this Belkin cable is
among the results coming up on Big W's website, and as there's a Big W
not far from us, I thought I could organise to get hold of it (unless,
of course, others have had bad experiences with this and/or would
recommend some other one):
https://www.bigw.com.au/product/belkin-6-usb-2-0-usb-a-to-usb-c-charge-cable-black/p/498039/
I'm also wondering, does it matter if it's USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 (which
I've noticed in specifications for some other cables)?
Regards
Vivien
