Check both battery and cable if you are lucky to find a similar telephone.
Original message:

Hi Gerhard,
If you've tried a different wall -charger, and USBC cable, to no avail, I would contact your distributor, as there are certain diagnostics that can be performed on the device.
Thanks

Hello

I hope you are well.

We have a Smartvision 2 that is completely dead.

It does not respond when we press the power button.

We leave it on charge with no difference.

Is there a hardware reset command that one could use, power plus volume up etc?

Thank you.
