Hi Dennis,

This is interesting. Does it stick on a particular digit? Who is your
voicemail carrier? I have dialed Vodafone, 121, hundreds of times with no
issue, though I don't ever enter a voicemail pin.

Hi, I tried to dial my voice mail from notifications.  When entering the pin
for my voice mail the numbers stuck and entered more than one of the same
number.  You can't also dial voice mail from within the phone app by
pressing 1.  I tried this at least 5 times.  If you dial 1 from the home
screen everything works fine.       Can anyone else reproduce this?
