You cannot do that. I would say try using the wired headset that came with the
SmartVision2 and see if the problem continues. Also
try a Bluetooth headset and see if the problem continues. If the problem
doesn't continue with either one of the above two options!
Then you need to send you're not so SmartVision2 in for repair.

Hello all,
My not so Smart Vision 2 has a new problem. When I call someone, or am called,
they cannot hear me. This problem has been getting
worse for a few days now, and is at the point of making the call useless.
How do I ajust the "send" volume, if such a thing is possible?
