Try plugging in your phone and leave it plugged in while the download is in
progress and then same goes for installing it.

I went to Applications then Settings and really there was an update. I tried
downloading it two times in which it reported an error during download but
continued downloading until the end then it began the unpacking process but
failed.
Can I download it offline on a pc and run it later on the telephone?

o Titles of each screen are now announced systematically.
o The warning message about KAPTEN use is now announced only one time
at the first activation
· Magnifier
o Magnifier application is redesigned using a new image processing
method resulting significant quality improvements as follow:
- Fluid image display

- enhanced contours
- increased zoom level
o The favorite settings of the user are now saved for the next use.
No more need to set them again.
o New feature: choose to start yourself the camera focus whenever you
