o Voice dictation fixed bug: no more double text insertion within input boxes during voice dictation (due to a Google update)
· Accessibility:
o Improvement of vocalization for both PIN code and wake-up speeches when the "Text-to-speech Multi-Language" mode is enabled.
o Reduced verbosity when using the shortcut #+1 (press and hold # key and then press 3) to get phone status.
o Improvement of the Magnitext display in landscape mode
Application Improvements:
· Assistant
o Activating Google Assistant function with the voice recognition button is now faster and more precise.
· Calendar
o New "Save" button at the end of the list to simplify the creation of an event.
o New easier way to delete an event from the list: press on “Delete” key
o The most recent event is now displayed first when the application is opened
o The current date and hour are now displayed first when your create a new event
o Fixed bug when deleting an event created from the Google Calendar application
· Contacts
o The confirmation pop-up message for creating a new contact is now vocalized.
· Banknote recognizer
o The "Help" item from Menu ( press Menu key) is now available to allow the user access to the Banknote Recognizer chapter of the User Manual
o Flash LED is automatically activated to improve the detection accuracy of banknotes.
· Sound Recorder
o Voice memo are now sorted from newest to oldest.
o New option to download automatically the full content of an Email (previous discussions and attachments).
o When you delete an Email with the “Delete” key, the focus is now placed correctly on the next Email.
· Kapten
o Titles of each screen are now announced systematically.
o The warning message about KAPTEN use is now announced only one time at the first activation
· Magnifier
o Magnifier application is redesigned using a new image processing method resulting significant quality improvements as follow:
- Fluid image display
- better stabilization
- enhanced contours
- increased zoom level
o The favorite settings of the user are now saved for the next use.
No more need to set them again.
o New feature: choose to start yourself the camera focus whenever you are ready by pressing the OK button.
· Audio Book
o This reader application is redesigned using a new engine resulting multiple improvements and bug fixes.
o New easier way to continue the reading of a current book:
All books are now resumed at their last position when reopened.
o New feature to remove easily a book:
Select a book from the bookshelf, make a long press on “OK” key and select “Remove”. A confirmation pop-up will confirm the suppression.
o Improved reading for different formats: Daisy 2.02, Daisy 3.0, Epub, Epub3, Doc, Docx PDF, Txt et html.
o Quick opening of large books or files
o Issue correction on “Resume” feature for some specific books or files
· Message
o New feature for MMS:
Possibility to send several pictures in the same MMS message
o More than 50 new emojis available
o Bug fix related to "Search" function when user have lots of thread conversations
· OCR
o Improved online detection mode
o Improved detection of accented characters and symbols
· Phone
o New: possibility to call directly the last phone number with a long press on “Pick-up” key.
o New: possibility to remove an entry from the call history list with “Delete” key.
o The “Phone application has stopped” issue has been fixed.
· QuickSupport
o The application is updated to assure the compatibility with the last version of TeamViewer
