I would reset the profile with star hash 1 1 1 hash, or try removing the
battery.

Subject: [smartvisionau] Kapsys not responding
Hi
Is anyone else having an issue with the Kapsys not responding with speech.
It seems that the arrow key in the square key does not move when you are in
a list.
It doesn't always respond after a vibration is felt either.
I have had a person with vision check it out and they can only get things
happening with the keyboard.
Talk back is on.
And tapping twice doesn't always change what's on the screen either.
