[smartvisionau] Kapsys Accessibility Services Not Working Properly

Yesterday afternoon I updated the preinstalled apps on my SmartVision II, using the Google Play Store.  I also downloaded the map for Canada re the Kapten GPS app, and Kapten seems to be working fine.


The problem I'm now having is that when I try to unlock the screen, I get no speech.  I can wait several minutes and try again a couple of times.  Eventually I do get speech, but it consistently takes too long.


I've moved the Canada maps to an SD card, and I've alerted Kapten to this.  I thought that because initially the map was in SmartVision's internal memory, that that might be why I wasn't getting speech when unlocking the phone, but that is not the case.  I'm still having the problem.


What should I do?
