Hi Vivien,
Yes, I received your text. You and I both know that braille tracking could be
better with brailleBack, so why have you decided to use it over BrailleTty?
Just curious. also, have you upgraded yet to the latest build of the phone's
software?

Hi Sam/list,
So I finally got my Brailliant BI 40 paired with the SmartVision2 phone, after
resetting the Braille display back to factory defaults, and also disabling
BRLTTY and making sure BrailleBack was on/enabled; but then when I was typing a
text (Sam it was for you), I then had the prompt coming up saying "converting
to MMS", which I did not want at all and I was just backspacing some typo, and
have no idea how I happened to get it back to "converting to text", only to
then have this happen again! So I just sent it in the end, but am wondering how
on earth this happened and whether you were even able to access it in the end?
I also have no cursor showing in Braille when typing, and yet I was sure I had
it in the past; and the text isn't being tracked consistently/properly as I
type.
Regards
Vivien
