I agree with Stephen. I Got a Google pixel4a and love it. The battery life is
incredible when it hits one% it isn’t at one% for an hour to an hour and a half
like the Smart Vision 2 is. If you want a keyboard get either a Pixel4a and a
Rivo2 or an iPhone and a Rivo2.
Kapsys did a terrible job at designing this phone. They targeted the basic
user only. They didn’t expect people to grow with the phone. If they keep
this simple small minded approach I will never purchase their products again.
They need to come out with a top of the line phone both hardware and software
wise and keep it updated. This means at least 3 major android versions,
Monthly security updates and top of the line specks such as Bluetooth modems
processors storage etc.

Sorry to say; But the SmartVision2 is 5 Android versions out of date. Android
11 is out on newer phones and some older phones within the last two or three
years are getting that version within the next 1 or 2 months or so. The
SmartVision2 has Android 6 and never has been kept up to date by the maker of
the phone.
As time goes on; Sorry to say less and less items will work on that versionof
Android.
This is in hopes if Kapsys will have learned to not looked at the very basic
person but instead look at the person who may improve with the phone and want
to do more with it and come out with a product that is top of the line and kept
up to date as far as security and android versions. But with the SmartVision2 I
feel they didn’t take that approach, they expected to have people remain at a
very basic level and not improve and want to do more with the phone.

Hi Sam
I’ve tried that with no success. It doesn’t work when using the touch screen
either. It just goes completely silent when I scrole down towards the news
feed. I think it could be that facebook maybe no longer supporting the old
version of Android.

Hi Bron,
Have you tried a long press on up or down arrow to scroll pages whilst in the
Facebook app? I haven't tried this but unfortunately it's becoming more and
more difficult to carry out navigation with a phone keyboard with apps like
Facebook.
Cheers
Sam

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone using facebook on the Smart Vision 2 is having issues
with it? I have been unable to access most of facebook since some time in
November. I can read the notifications, but not the newsfeed. Very frustrating
as I used to go on facebook all the time on my phone. I’ve tried reinstalling
the app, which made no difference. If anyone has any ideas as to why this is,
or any solutions it’d be much appreciated.
Thanks and happy new year.
