OK! Rhonda Thanks for trying. However I know what is going on now. I don't use
the Kapsys voices. I use the google TTS being I like
it better. When I switched back to the Kapsys voice, the Capital letters got
spoken as capital. However if you have an ending
punctuation character at the end of a note with no space after it! The
punctuation character doesn't gets spoken even when using the
Kapsys voices. This is at the end of a note and is the last character.
So Rhonda can you try that to see if you get the last punctuation character
being spoken when using 1 and 2 to read a character at a
time and have the punctuation character the very last item in the note with NO
space after it.

I can't create your problem.
I created a note, saved it , used the read option and used 1 & 2 to move
through the note letter by letter. It read all capitals and
punctuation.

Sam or someone else can check this to see if they can reproduce it. I also
tried resetting the SmartVision2 screen reader settings
with Star Hash 1 1 1 Hash. Still have the same issue.
What to do.
Create an note in the NOTES program. Make sure that you have both capital and
lower case in the note. Arrow down to confirm it so
that it is saved.
Now arrow down to the note and press Select/OK to read it.
With the note opened in the reader! Now use the Number 1 and number 2 to read
through the note a character at a time.
Here is where you will find the issues.
As you are going through the note using the number 1 and 2!
You will notice that it doesn't tell you what is in uppercase.
It will also not read the last punctuation character if you have one at the end
of the note. Example: I has an STAR and it wasn't
read I also tried changing it to an period and neither one was read when using
the number 1 and number 2 to move a character at a
time through the note.
