Hi Sam/list,

I tried connecting the phone last night to my computer via the USB cable to transfer files to read with the BookReader, only to get the notification that Windows is trying to install the driver for the device. And then after waiting a bit, it told me the driver wasn't successfully installed or couldn't be installed (can't recall exact wording), and when I entered on the link for more information, I was taken to the (anything but helpful) Windows support/help page, which did tell me about checking for updates etc, but even when I did this and brought up a list of the optional updates, I couldn't find any reference as to which one, if any, would be applicable to this situation, even after clicking on more information about the update. I have Windows 7 and it is set to notify me of updates, but gives me the option to then download and install them.

Regards
Vivien

Hi Vivien,
You asked where to find the BrailleBack navigation commands.
A quick google search brought up the BrailleBack help reference page, and all
the navigation and text input commands are listed

Subject: [smartvisionau] BrailleBack and Bookreader

Hi Sam/list,

So now that BrailleBack is included with the latest update, I'm wondering if
the user guide is also going to be updated to reflect this?
Where do we even find the navigation commands, and can we still just arrow
through a document with the phone's navigation pad (as well as the Braille
display) when reading with BrailleBack?

Regards
Vivien
