Hi all, I am using the email program that was on my home screen when I got
my Smart Vision 2. I have found at times the focus jumps from the message
you are on to another message higher up the list. This is very annoying in
itself but because of this I have at times accidently deleted messages from
my inbox. They aren't lost they end up in my bin however I can't find a way
to move them back to the inbox. Is this possible? If so how do I do it?
There are some important messages I have accidently sent to my bin and I
don't want to lose them which means I can't use the empty bin command.
Also if anyone can help with the jumping up messages that would be great. I
know I'm not touching the screen to make the focus change because I have my
hand on the case I put the phone into and the only finger touching the phone
is the one on the down arrow which I then move to the delete button when
needed. So I can't explain what is causing this. Also once I hit delete on a
message the focus also ends up higher in the list then it was and this is
just hitting the delete button, not opening it.
Another thing, when I first got my phone early last year I was able to
select multiple emails by holding the center of the arrows down for a short
time. After the first update I did this feature went away. However, in the
notes for the latest upgrade it says in there that we will be able to select
multiple messages but I can't work out how it is now done. Does anyone else
know? I liked the feature because I could go through my emails and select
the ones I wanted to delete then deleted them all at once which worked
better then the current system of deleting them one by one.
Sorry for the long message but hope someone can help with some or all of my
issues.
