[slint] Re: Still, lack of speech with Slint installation in VMWare 17

I have observed that also here and in a VM as on bare metal from the Slint
installer (not from the instaled Slint) alsa-info's output includes only error
messages after the titles(s):

!!-------Mixer controls for card <card name.>

I will try to find why investigate, however this doesn't prevent  the installer
to speaks in both bare metal and a QemuVM here, so I am still puzzled.

prior of creating this file was to increase PCM volue from 8 to 66 to
be able to hear the speech.
