I find the cause! I upgraded the system from 10.1 to 10.2, then to 11.0. For some reason, /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (a symbol link) points to /lib/ld-2.3.4.so instead of /lib/ld-2.3.6.so. After deleting the obsolete /lib/*-2.3.4.so and /lib/*-2.3.5.so, I noticed this problem. Thanks for the hints! On Sun, 5 Nov 2006, Adrian Ulrich wrote:
Hi,I am not sure what is the cause of these crashes, and how many other programs there have the similar problems.- Did you verify the MD5-Sum of our ISO? (or the binary itself..) - Do you have a /lib/tls directory? if yes: delete it. (TLS is broken on powerpc32)Is there any one who met the similar problem?I'm running a 11.0 (-current) system upgraded from 10.2 without any problems.
