bcm43xx-fwcutter -w /lib/firmware /mnt/hda6/System/Library/ Extensions/AppleAirPort2.kext/Contents/MacOS/AppleAirPort2
Sorry, the input file is either wrong
or not supported by bcm43xx-fwcutter.I can't find the MD5sum

You can also use the firmware of some previous version of Mac OS X.

OS X "Panther" 10.3.7 for Mac Mini has a firmware correctly "cuttable" by Slackintosh 12 stock version of bcm43xx-fwcutter (it outputs a warning because Mac Mini doesn't have 802.11a, only has 802.11b/g).

By the way, I was also able to use 10.4.9 Airport firmware (Mac Mini again).

Here, only Apple Powerbook G4 airport firmware gives that error (but I did not update fwcutter as Marco suggested).
