Only the obsolete cxxlibs package.

This is from cxxlibs-5.1.0-i486-1 and is only needed for closed-source
apps linked against an old libstdc. There is no need for such a Package
on Slackintosh 10.1

To get libstdc, install gcc-g++ on Slackintosh.
(Same thing for Slackware: if you want the non-obsolete version
 of libstdc, install gcc-g++)
