note: In December of 1969, Rod McKuen issued a limited edition hardcover
book( 500 ) as a companion piece with the Sinatra Reprise album.
Amazon has two copies available this morning. Reprise also issued a limited
pressing of a fold-out edition of the album. It contained McKuen's ode to Frank
and some photos of the session.
