[SimpleMail-usr] new ARexx scripts uploaded

I've uploaded 2 ARexx scripts to the CVS tree.
ImportThorMails.smrx imports the selected mails in Thor to
SimpleMail. Obviously, Thor must be installed and running.
ImportThorUsers.smrx imports contact addresses from Thor.
You can test this script without Thor, but then you need
a text file where the contact entries look like:

Name: User Name
Address: User@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Alias: Bob
Comment: something
#
Name:
.
.
.
I've also uploaded 2 directories in ARexx/
Those directories are not needed at all, but they allow
localization support for ARexx scripts (look in "Translation Tool").
As an example, there is a french catalog for the above scripts.
(Note: with AmigaOS < 4, the "french" directory in "Catalogs"
have to be renamed "francais", with a c cedil.)
