[SimpleMail-usr] SimpleMail bugs/missing features

1. clicking name/email in drop down list in msg compose doesn't work,
2. need way to complete address selection in e.g. the To: box and stay in
the To: box to add further recipients. Pressing enter or tab jumps to next
box - then have to tab back to add more recipients.
3. Need distribution lists in address book - where entries can be
added/removed and they take email address from entry in add. book so you
don't have to maintain individuals' details in multiple places.
Sorry - don't have time to add to bugtrack at the moment so if someone wants
to feel free.
