Hi There,
I am trying to create an arrears report from OpenHousing, I am doing this not
using the normal reports as they aren't helping.
I can show all the tenancy transactions but I am having difficulty showing
which transactions are settled by the transaction payments.
an example:
Tenants Rent £500
Repair Charge £100
payment £100
Tenant pays the repair so the Rent arrears are still £500.
the last two property systems I used (BCPs - PMII, Qube Global Software -Qube)
had a settled field in the transactions to show which transactions payments
settled the charge transactions. I can't work out how this is done in
OpenHousing.
can anyone shine any light on this and point me in the right direction.
