Dear Dan, I am very sorry for such delaying answer, but I had been out of my house during most of the weekend and monday. Now the state is as follows: the translucent windows checkbox is not checked as desired. the num pad problems resulted from a mistake I made; I did not realise that the templates are changed with f8 to f12. I still had been trying to use the plus- and mines-keas from the num pad, cause i used those keys in sibelius 3. actually it seems, that every thing runs good. now its up to me, to read a lott of manuals to understand all of sibelius 5. At this place let me once again say thanks a lott to everybody who gave a helping hand to me. all the best to all of you, ciao, Oliver ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dan Rugman" <sib-access@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <sib-access@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, March 07, 2009 6:15 PM Subject: [sib-access] Re: the problems go on > Oliver, > > It sounds like the "translucent tool windows" check box on the first page > of > the preferences dialog is still checked. > > Correct installation of the registry keys should take care of this but it > sounds as though the keys didn't take hold. > > Did you run the registry keys before or after you installed Sibelius? > > Dan Rugman > > visit the new on-line resource for visually impaired musicians and home of > Sibelius Access. > www.musicaccess.co.uk > > -----Original Message----- > From: sib-access-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > [mailto:sib-access-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Tim Burgess > Sent: 06 March 2009 20:44 > To: sib-access@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [sib-access] Re: the problems go on > > Hmm, > > The number pad keys should do what you're used to with Sibelius 3.
