Oliver,
It sounds like the "translucent tool windows" check box on the first page of
the preferences dialog is still checked.
Correct installation of the registry keys should take care of this but it
sounds as though the keys didn't take hold.
Did you run the registry keys before or after you installed Sibelius?

Hmm,
The number pad keys should do what you're used to with Sibelius 3. It'd be
worth re-installing the registry keys - it won't do any harm, even if it
doesn't do any good.

i did as you suggested, and it works for this. i can turn off and on the
bluggin.
also i discovered, that i can moove somehow through the Bebop score by using
right and left braked. but than no information is givven. pressing the alt
key always brings the same information:
her C sharp 4 quarter note bar 18 4.33 quarter.
or like it. no matter where i am it always brings the same information. i
tryed with zoomlevel of 400 800 and 1600.
would you suggest, that i reinstall the registry patches? or would i than
distroy my registry?
oh, there is annother thing, i discovered:
when i copied the jaws scripts i copied them as well to the settingsfolder
"deu" as well as to the settingsfolder "enu". but guess what?
when i change jaws to english i recieve no errormessage in the fixing
tolwindow dialog but when i change jaws to german i still recieve the
message unknown funktion "accesshelpinviewer" - well i am not quite sure, if
i forgot to do the change in both configurations, i will find out and tell
you.
annother thing:
I always believed that one can change the rhythmic changes using the numpad,
to change from quarter to eighth and so on, but there is absolutely no
replay, when i press anny kay. not even pressing + or - to change template.
maybe this has changed, and if, i am sorry, but i am still used to sibelius
3.
