Hi, I haven't tested the merge, but just try copying the scripts in place from the original .zip and see if you get a result. Best wishes. When you said opening and closing the keypad, did you mean pressing alt control K a few times? I did this and jaws said keypad opened and keypad closed alternatively. Another element I haven't mentioned before, when I installed jaws 9I executed the merge utilities to copy my settings from jaws 8 to jaws nine. Could that be a problem? Claudio, I have the folder and the files required, as I said in a previous message I reinstalled the whole thing to make sure everything was right, and the files are both installed in the enu and fra folders of jaws nine. From Sibelius open the configuration manager (JAWS Key+6). Do Alt+S to open the settings menu and choose keyboard options. Tab to the check box called "differentiate between numpad keys and extended keys" and make sure that it is checked. OK the dialog and when you're returned to the main configuration manager window, press Ctrl+S to save the settings. Return to Sibelius and see if this makes a difference. Navigation is okay. So far, only the F keys that change keypad templates don't work, and also, pressing the Num keypad keys have no effect at all, and jaws remains silent when I press them. I made sure that num lock was on. Open the preferences dialog and make sure that the translucent tool windows checkbox is not checked. Everything seemed okay until I wanted to try and write a little song and discovered that I could not use the function keys for changing the keypad template. I got this message: the keypad template didn't change correctly, the current template is. And that's all. It didn't even tell me what the current template was. Any ideas ?
