[sib-access] Windows need fixing when tabbing in mixer

Dan,
For the first time ever, whenever I tab around in the mixer window,
I get the "Tool Windows Need Fixing." message. Using CTRL F1 fix tool
windows closes the mixer. What's going wrong?
