Thanks Vytautas, but I have already did it like 20 times or so on. Actually it was no avail to be able to read a single note from the sample scores. by the way I am using jaws 10 while he uses jaws 8. When the problem occurs on my computer I do what you suggest and indeed it becomes normal. There it didn't work somehow...
