I was wondering why I didn't have a "classic" layout. And I'm quite happy to
leave it alone - it's hard enough juggling two layouts!

Dan,
The Classic Laptop layout is based around use of the Alt key, so will be
fraught with difficulties if you try and code for it. Furthermore, it's now
been dropped from Jaws completely, so I'd regard this as wasted effort.

Hi Alison,
This is good news. I'll need to look into the "classic laptop" setting.
You might have to switch the layout in the basic settings dialog if you want
to use a full-size keyboard.

Hello, Dan, I have just switched my keyboard setting to just laptop and it's
there now. If I did want to use a full sized flat keyboard such as the
logitec would RC1 detect it as a desk top keyboard automatically?
