Running the fix tool windows feature causes K1000 to start up.

K1000 adds a shortcut key of Alt+Control+K. This conflicts with the
keystroke that Sibelius uses to open and close the keypad window.

The solution is to change the K1000 keystroke to something which Sibelius
doesn't use.

Alt+Shift+K and Alt+Ctrl+Shift+K are two keystrokes which Sibelius does not
make use of and you should change the K1000 shortcut keystroke to one of
these.

Open the start menu and find the menu item which runs K1000.

Press Shift+F10 to open the context menu for that menu item.

Press the letter R to open the properties dialog.

Tab around to the "shortcut" edit box.

Press Alt+Shift+K to enter the shortcut key.

Tab round to the OK button and press Space.

The fix tool windows feature should now work properly.
