[sib-access] Sibelius 7?

Hi, it's Annabelle.
I just read that Sibelius 7 is now available. I have a few questions.
1. Is it true that Sibelius 7 is the most accessible version out there?
2. In regards to the accessibility, can it be accessed by screenreaders like
JAWS?
3. Is there still a possibility to buy additional sample libraries for this
new version?
