Hi Dan and Kevin,
My thanks to both for your help. In the print all parts I didn't find the
parts list box. No idea why; But with Kevin's information I could print the
parts individually. Kevin, your information saved my face, because I have to
hand out the score today. Dan, what could I have missed in the print all
parts dialog?
Regards
Claudio

Claudio,

From the menus choose File > Print all parts. The number of times each part
is printed is shown along side the name of the part in the parts window.

I've just realised that there's a gap in the scripts here. To change the
number of copies you need to up and down arrow through the list of parts in
the parts window. Then route JAWS to PC and find the number which is to the
right of the part name and left click it once. This opens the edit box that
you can use to change it.

I'll definitely need to do something about this.

Subject: [sib-access] Part extraction disappeared

To everybody
I need urgent help for part extraction. I did this a lot in Sibelius3, but
where is it in Sibelius5? I went a couple of times through all menus, but I
don't find it. What am I doing wrong or does Sibelius have a dynamic menu?
Many thanks in advance for help.
Regards
Claudio
