David Oh, that sounds very bad. But I think not for sib-access, but for your machine. Try this: Once your first note is selected, unload JAWS "insert+F4". Now tab and shift tab and listen to your notes. Try to figure out, if something changes to the behaviour you described. I hope for you, otherwise definitely something most be wrong on your system.
