Dave,
If you pull up one of those layouts and then look at the document
setup item under the layout menu, you might learn something about the size
of the paper and other parameters.

Is there a document somewhere that tells us (in words) the description of
some of the more common manuscript layouts in Sibelius? For example, does
one have an inherently larger area at the top for title, composer, etc. than
others?
